Refund and Returns Policy

At Metco.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If you’ve purchased a bundle and are not satisfied with one of the items, you can return only the individual product, not the entire set.

 

Please note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

 

If the product is “No Longer Needed.”

If the product has been damaged through improper handling or use, especially with industrial items.
